August

So August brought us back to school. This year the team building activity was ax throwing. Now I have done it twice at Forest Glen, but this was fun too. My sweet husband was very into it. It might even be something fun that we could do again for a date night sometime.

 Then it was time for ID pictures. Last year, he went with a live cat on his shoulder. This year he dressed like Professor Wiggle Bottom. It was double good because he has a new jacket for the fall break cruis.

Eleanor is going to be in fifth grade. I even have her in reading.

The two that are in our district.

Matilda is going to be a seventh grader. She is going to be in advanced band this year.

Imogen is going to be a junior. She has tons of AP classes, her rank is 13, so not a bad way to start the year.

Lorelai is going to be a freshman. I think she is excited, but it is hard to tell with her sometimes. Thankfully several of her ACA friends are going to Martin too, so she already has a base of friends.
